We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong background in React and TypeScript to join our dynamic web team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, business intelligence, and design, to craft visually appealing and functional interfaces for web applications on both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Formulate engineering strategies to align with product objectives and deliverables.
- Employ a modern technology stack to construct sophisticated web applications utilizing TypeScript and React.
- Contribute to and influence decisions regarding the overall frontend architecture.
- Engage closely with product, marketing, and customer service departments to translate user feedback into effective features and tools.
- Sustain shared code and frontend infrastructure through collaboration with other frontend engineers.
- Coordinate efforts with backend engineers to ensure an integrated user experience.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing substantial products or features from the ground up for large-scale public-facing web applications.
- Advanced expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Proficient in CSS, with experience in TailwindCSS considered an asset.
- In-depth understanding of state management and data fetching methodologies within the React ecosystem.
- Familiarity with various rendering techniques, including server-side rendering, static site generation, and client-side rendering.
- Knowledge of common frontend build tools such as Webpack and Vite.
- Experience in implementing new features, components, or refactors while ensuring team progress and product stability.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at organizing tasks and executing projects across disciplines within defined timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
- A collaborative, engaged, and adaptable mindset, ready to integrate into a team with established engineering practices.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Familiarity with Python and/or Django is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development for large public-facing web applications.

Compensation And Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from \(150,000 to \)170,000 USD, contingent on relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.
